SCHOOL HOLIDAY WELLBEING PROGRAMS
Help Your Child Build Confidence, Resilience & Emotional Wellbeing
Join us these school holidays for our award-winning 1 Day Workshops and immersive 3 Day Camps for children aged 5 to 12 years.
Through fun, uplifting and practical movement, mindset and mindfulness activities, our programs help children develop meaningful tools and strategies to support confidence, emotional wellbeing and healthy friendships both now and into the future.
More Than A Holiday Activity
Children leave our programs feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in who they are and empowered with practical wellbeing tools they can use for life.
Our Holiday Programs are intentionally designed to support the social and emotional wellbeing of children in a proactive, empowering and heart-centred way.
Lemonade Kids is a trusted licensee of the multi award-winning Standing Strong® program, and through this approach we have supported over 10,000 children since 2020.
Each Holiday Program incorporates our three STRONG pillars: Strong Body (movement), Strong Mind (mindset) and Strong Heart (mindfulness), helping children build confidence, emotional awareness and practical wellbeing skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Strong Body includes gentle, low-competitive movement, fitness and exercise through team building activities, worry workouts, and PE games in both an indoor and outdoor setting. Strong Body is at the start of the day to help calm nervous energy and give participants the opportunity to meet other members in a fun, interactive way.
Strong Mind is our core component and in our professional opinion is where the 'gold' comes from! For a 1 Day Workshop we explore three topics, for a 3 Day Camp we explore six topics. These are mindset topics that parents wished schools were able to teach more of.
🔸Delivered: In a relaxed setting on rugs, couches and cushions, so kids feel more at home (and not at school...because Lemonade Kids is "waaay cooler than school" according to a number of our members!)
🔸 Guided Group Questions: For each topic our experienced Standing Strong Coaches and Youth Leaders thoughtfully ask age-appropriate questions to the group, which allows participants the opportunity to share their own thoughts, feelings, ideas and personal experiences around these topics. Through these questions we discuss both the challenges and the opportunities of each topic, and how they impact their everyday lives.
🔸 Validation: These powerful discussions, can offer validation for how your child may be feeling and collectively allows participants to share with, and listen to other peers their own age and recognise 'Hey, I'm not the only one that has felt that way...'
🔸 Everyone is involved: And if your child may feel unsure about speaking up in front of the group, that's absolutely okay! Listening is just as important...and our coaches do little check in's e.g. 'hands up if you too felt that way', so it gives everybody an opportunity to be involved.
🔸 Top Tips: Following our group discussion, we read and discuss the Standing Strong Top Tips for the topic - these are ways in how a child can feel more confident when navigating a challenge around a mindset topic. Families also receive a copy of these Top Tips on the day, along with Family Questions in which you can continue the conversation with your child at home.
🔸Practical Activity: Finally, after each topic discussion your child will do a fun practical activity that aligns with the key messages of the topic. This period of time allows your child the opportunity to personally create, connect, reflect and build upon their skills through this activity that they will take home.
Strong Heart is enjoyed from lunch time onwards, as a good learning opportunity for children to recognise their 'energy scale' of how they are feeling in their bodies, and how mindfulness exercises can bring them back into balance. Mindfulness exercises that we love teaching include breathwork, yoga, yoga games, grounding exercises, meditations and visualisations.
Children leave our programs feeling more connected to themselves, more confident in who they are and empowered with practical wellbeing tools they can use for life.
Honestly, one of the most common things we hear from parents after their child attends a holiday program is “I wish something like this existed when I was growing up!”

It Takes A Village
Our programs are designed to support not only children, but families too.
Through the consistency and accessibility of our ongoing Holiday Programs, where our topics change every school holidays, parents can feel reassured knowing they are not doing this alone.
At the end of each program, we invite parents to attend a special parent presentation where children proudly help share the topics, activities and strategies explored throughout the program.
Along with children’s take-home folders, families also receive online access to each topic resource after each program, helping families continue important conversations and learning at home.
